Cinnamon Roll Pudding
I know you’ll love this cross between french toast, bread and butter pudding and cinnamon rolls! A few minutes to prepare and about 16 mins in the oven for a delicious breakfast or dessert!
Ingredients
2 slices bread
1/3 cup milk (~80g)
1 large egg
2-3 tsp honey
10g spreadable butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Method
- Preheat oven to 200C and grease an ovenproof dish 
- Spread both slices of bread with butter, sprinkle on the cinnamon, drizzle on the honey and spread evenly on each slice 
- Roll up the bread, cut into 4 pieces and place into dish 
- Whisk egg, vanilla extract and milk together and pour evenly over the bread 
- Let the bread sit for a few minutes to really soak up with liquid (you can press it down gently to make sure its saturated) 
- Bake for 14-16 minutes until golden brown and crusty on top 
Delicious served with some yoghurt for breakfast or creme fraiche for pudding.
